The 2025 payment coupons for the monthly HOA fee will be mailed soon. The Board passed a budget that includes a $4.00 decrease in the monthly fee. The HOA monthly payment for 2025 will be $125.00.
Do NOT place loose bags of trash at the curb, trash should be in a covered trash receptacle. When the wind blows, loose trash and recycles get blown about. Please do your part and pick up any loose trash and recycles and place them in a proper receptacle for the next scheduled pickup.
